We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email thejcoffeecollectionllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Opened, used, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
